Publix #1549 construction updates

UPDATE 1: Publix #1549 is going to open by August 2019 and all signs that say Publix are now up.

UPDATE 2: This store will open on August 29, 2019.

Publix #1549 on 1105 Twiggs Street in Tampa is opening soon! Construction was supposed to start in 2015 and end in 2017, but it was delayed. 1549 is store number that Publix assigned and dates to 2017, and is not in the 1600 series. Construction started 2 years late and the new Channel Club Publix will open in 2019.
