Walgreens #95XX/Walgreens #12072 1488 Kapiolani Blvd, Honolulu, HI Opened on November 2, 2007 at the site of a Tower Records store, and was 11,000 square feet. Later demolished in 2013 for the new store. Reopened on February 21, 2015, and is currently 35,576 square feet. These photos are a mix of ones from Yelp and Foursquare, with the oldest photos first. (Update: 2.5 years after writing this post, this Walgreens closed on June 1, 2020) The 2007 store had two combined entrances. The new store does not. The store's pharmacy, as seen prior to 2015. Also, 2007 interior decor from Walgreens, which actually reminds me of Eckerd's interior! Let's jump into present day with photos from the new store! Walgreens #7105 11010 Bloomingdale Ave, Riverview, FL Walgreens #7105 opened around 2005, and is a typical mid-2000's Walgreens location. Now heading inside Walgreens. This is a typical entryway setup used in nearly all Walgreens stores. "Food + Drinks" take up aisle 12 in this store. Aisles 25 to 26 are the final 2 aisles in Walgreens store 7105. Signage for the pharmacy is at the top of "allergy". Now we are at the Walgreens Pharmacy. The shutters indicate that there is no pharmacist on duty. Walgreens aisle signage used since 2016. Walgreens uses "split aisle formation". This is aisle 12, the last aisle before the split with the pharmacy. The photo center is straight ahead. A typical Walgreens photo center. Walgreens #4034 1011 Bloomingdale Ave, Valrico, FL This Walgreens opened in 1997. The outside is a common design used for mid to late 1990's Walgreens stores. I don't know if this was previously a 24 hour location. The two entrance doors, with the Walgreens logo on them. Cosmetics + Skin Care is the name of the store's beauty department. Following a similar layout to the  Gandy Walgreens , aisles 6/7 is the greeting cards section. Aisles 9 to 14, and aisles 24 to 32. All Walgreens stores have split aisles, similar to a small format Publix. Our final photo of this store is the outside road sign. The Walgreens corporate logo is the same one used since 1951, except for some modifications. The Walgreens logo in the road sign was later replaced. (C) 2019 by GTB Retail
