On April 13, 2015, this Walmart closed for plumbing repairs. 7 months later on November 13, 2015, Walmart #3463 reopened after a 4,000 square foot liquor store addition and interior remodeling. In this photo, the "& Pharmacy" part of the word Home & Pharmacy was removed, just saying the word Home. Note the Temporarily Closed banner to the right of the Walmart logo. A closing notice from Walmart about the maintenance and upgrades being done to this store. 5 out of the 6 Walmart locations listed here are still open, although store 941 relocated to a Supercenter in Lithia. In the third part of Walmart Week, we're going to look at a Super Walmart that is in Hernando County, Florida. The city is Brooksville. Walmart #3526 7305 Broad Street, Brooksville, FL. This Walmart store has a size of 153,129 square feet, and opened in 2002. Because this store has a 2002 opening date, it's original interior would have been Futura 1.0 from 2002 to circa 2010. A remodel in 2017 updated the interior to Black Decor 2.1. Now entering through the Home & Pharmacy side of the store. This entrance would have said Low Prices from the Futura era. The layout here is the reverse of store 308 that was featured in Part 2. The entire pharmacy was renovated in 2017 after the remodel was complete. In part 2 of Walmart Week, we will be taking a road trip to Manchester, Tennessee, which is a city in Coffee County, and is located halfway between Chattanooga and Nashville. The population in 2018 was 10,916. Ready to hop on this DeLorean and go 88 mph to a Tennessee Walmart? After you leave Georgia on Interstate 75 ,  you can see a Tennessee welcome sign 2 miles before the split with Interstate 24. Let’s make this left on Interstate 75 to go to Walmart! Something that our Floridians don’t see every day: Mountains! Walmart #308 2518 Hillsboro Blvd, Manchester, TN. This store is 155,744 square feet, and opened in 2001. 308 is probably a reused store number from the 1970's, so I do not know if there was a Walmart with store number 308 before this one opened.
