Publix #890 Remodel Updates

Publix #890 just finished a major remodel into the new Evergreen interior, replacing all traces of Sienna used from 2014 to 2021.

This Publix opened on September 11, 2003, and the exterior looks like an older style building or City Hall.

A look at the floral, bakery, and deli departments after entering.

What used to be multi colored Sienna décor patterns is now just a shade of gray and white.

A view towards the pharmacy from one of the rear end checkouts. This Publix has a total of 19 grocery aisles if you count the 4 aisles taken up by the wine department.

The 6 grocery aisles come into view as we approach the bakery/deli...

Also, the remaining pictures were taken using my cell phone's Pro mode, which allows you to manually adjust the exposure, white balance, and shutter speed.

In these 2000's Publix stores, produce takes up the right side of aisle 1, whereas dry groceries are located on the opposite side of aisle 1.

Publix #890 even has it's own catering department, which is located in the former dietician services station.

Here is a picture of various Evergreen interior signage before we head out the door.

Since this entire shopping center is made to look like older businesses, even the Publix got it's own clock tower with Roman numerals! This one displays 12:05 pm.

And finally to conclude the Publix #890 remodel post, this is one of Publix's newer style of cart storage areas. I saw something similar to this at Publix #1711 in Riverview.
