Q&A: Customized version of Contempo(rary) theme on Blogger?

Is this a customized version of one of the Blogger themes? The background is gray, and the blog posts color is white, along with the placement of the menu buttons, along with the three dotted button.

You have to be quick, because the follow pop-up interferes with the menu and search buttons!
